Terms and Conditions

All bookings are made under the applicable Uniform Hotel Conditions (UHC). The UHC are binding for everyone who uses our services.

General Terms and Conditions

• Smoking is not allowed in the hotel
• It is not allowed to tamper with the fire safety equipment.
• For each offense a fine of €200,- applies.
• Hotel Espresso is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• It is not allowed to receive visitors in your room.
• Use of any drugs in the hotel is strictly prohibited.
• We do not accept minors under 18 years of age without adult supervision.
• Hotel Espresso reserves the right to refuse access to any person.
• Hotel Espresso reserves the right to expel without monetary restitution any guest who causes disturbance or damage. In serious cases a police report will be filed.

Flexible Reservations

• Flexible reservations require guarantee by credit card authorisation. (This is a temporary block on your card, which will be lifted after receipt of full payment.)
• Without valid credit card authorisation your reservation may be cancelled.
• Full payment is required upon check-in. Cash and credit card are accepted (except AMEX).
• Cancellation is free until 48 hours before check-in date. Cancellations received after this period will be charged for the first night.
• In case of no show the first night will be charged.

Non-Refundable Reservations

• The full reservation amount is charged to the credit card provided directly upon booking.
• It is not possible to cancel or change the reservation date.
• No refunds are considered.

Other Information

• The hotel has a 24 hour reception.
• Check-in is open from 2PM. Check-out before 11AM on the day of departure.
• Early check in is subject to availability upon arrival.
• Luggage storage is available before and after stay.
• Preferences for twin/double bed types are subject to availability upon arrival.
• The hotel does not serve breakfast.
• The hotel does not have parking spaces.
